We are seeking a dedicated Sr. Finance Manager to join our Lubbock Service Area – Finance Operations Team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial operations through active involvement in month-end financial close processes, comprehensive variance analysis, detailed profitability reporting, and involvement in capital process.
Providence is calling a Senior Finance Manager who will:
Collaborate with the finance team to facilitate month-end close process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting
Conduct thorough variance analysis to identify discrepancies and areas of improvement, providing actionable insights to management
Generate details profitability reports, analyzing trends, and making recommendations to enhance financial performance.
Engage with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and inputs necessary for reporting and analysis.
Utilize a deep analytical and business insight expertise to play an integral role driving financial impact across the organization
Focus on thoroughly understanding the business drivers and underlying financial results
Seek to uncover value and drive impact
Be a highly motivated individual with the ability to work through ambiguity and tight deadlines
Proactively solve problems
Drive data-driven insights to inform decision making, resource allocation and importantly, influence business decision-making

This role is an onsite position and will report onsite daily as scheduled

Texas: Lubbock
Work Week: Monday - Friday
Work Shift: Day
Required qualifications for this position include:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or another closely related field of study
8+ years of closely related finance experience
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
Master's Degree in Finance, Accounting or another related business field of study
Certified Public Accountant, HFMS or FACHE certifications

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
