As an RN in the Neuroscience department of our Joint Commission Certified Primary Stroke Center, you will be at the forefront of neurological care. You’ll develop expertise in managing complex neurological conditions such as stroke, traumatic brain injury, epilepsy, and neurodegenerative diseases; master advanced monitoring techniques; interpret neurological assessments; and understand neuroimaging. Your input will be vital in making evidence-based decisions that enhance the work environment and improve experiences for both patients and staff.
Join our mission-driven Unit Based Council working alongside neurointensivists, stroke coordinators, stroke RNs, and our dedicated RN, CNS, and HUC team. Together we’ve been recognized by the American Heart Association and the American Stroke Association for the Get with the Guidelines- Stroke Gold Plus with Target: Stroke Honor Role Elite, and the Golden Zero award for ZERO Hospital Acquired conditions.
Required Qualifications:
Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License
Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
1 year Nursing experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Upon hire: National Certification in area of specialty
